Racing career
For Scott, spending time at the race track was part of childhood, watching his father drag race motorbikes. By the age of 10, Scott was on track himself and getting competitive on the karting scene.
Fast forward to his twenties and, in 2015, a stellar single seater season, with Scott winning both the Formula Ford 1600 Australia Bathurst championship and the F1600 Formula F Championship Series. The following year, he added the prestigious Walter Hayes trophy to his collection, with a win at the annual Formula Ford race in Silverstone.
Scott’s protoype journey started in 2016 and two years later he raced with United Autosports for the first time, stepping in for two LMP3 races in the 2018 European Le Mans Series where he achieved a 100% podium success rate, with a win at Spa-Francorchamps and third place in Portimao.
In 2021, he signed for his first full season with United, racing in the Michelin Le Mans Cup with co-driver Gerry Kraut. The Australian-American duo returned to the Le Mans Cup for a second season with United Autosports in 2023.
From prototypes to GT cars, Scott has also raced in major championships around the world in the LMGTE, GTD and Grand Sport classes – with accolades including third place at the 2022 24 Hours of Daytona.
The last time I raced with United our results were fantastic.
