Zak Brown
This weekend, team co-owners and friends Zak Brown and Richard Dean are racing at the Mugello Classic in Italy – marking our first historic race of the 2024 season.
Last time Zak and Richard raced together, they celebrated a class win in the Porsche 935 at the Estoril Classics. Now, they are joining forces once again, racing two iconic cars from Zak’s personal collection.

Firstly, the 1989 Jaguar XJR-10 which will contest two Qualifying sessions and two races in the Group C class, with driving duties divided. The Jaguar won numerous IMSA GT Championship races in the late 80s and early 90s, and more recently Zak won with the Jaguar at the 2022 Monterey Pre-Reunion.
In the Classic Endurance Racing 2 class, the 1981 Porsche 935 - known for winning the 24 Hours of Daytona and 12 Hours of Sebring in the same year (1982) - will wrap up the weekend with one race on Sunday afternoon.
